Product Description: The NTC 3.3K handheld meat temperature probe uses 48″ stainless steel overbraid cable, which is used to monitor real-time internal temperature of grill, smoker or oven. It provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food. And the step-down sharp tip can be easily inserted into the meat while it’s still raw, allowing users to be sure food reaches its ideal temperature. This temperature probe is easy to use, and cable can withstand up to 350 Celcius degrees and the probe itself can measure temperatures anywhere from -40 to +300 Celcius degrees. Sensor spec and cable length can be customized as per customers’ requirements.
